Our vacation home is located in Cape Coral on the west coast of Florida. Due to the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and our home’s southern exposure, it is possible to enjoy a temperate vacation year round.

Cape Coral borders Fort Myers and its many canals, lakes, and waterways make it especially interesting and appealing.
The oversized lot is located on a quiet side street in an area of upper middle class homes. Due to an excellent road network the Fort Myers International Airport is about 30 minutes away. |

The beautiful location of the home with 2260 square feet of air conditioned living space, swimming pool, whirl pool, as well as the exclusive furniture set the stage for an unforgettable vacation.

The more than 915 square feet living, dining area, and kitchen feature an open floor plan.
By completely opening the large pocket sliding windows in the living and dining room the patio is automatically integrated into the living area. |

The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar, walk-in pantry, ceramic top stove, self cleaning oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, mixer, toaster and plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware.
The large double door refrigerator features an ice and water dispenser in the door.

The master bedroom suite is separated from the other bedrooms by the living area and features a large bedroom with king size bed and a very spacious master bathroom. |

| The elegant master bath has “his and hers” sinks, a corner bath tub as well as a 6’ x 6’ shower and a separate toilet. Each bedroom offers plenty of bedding and towels. |

Airy and bright is the character of the 2nd bedroom suite. Large sliding glass doors provide direct access to the lanai and you can watch the most beautiful sunrise right from the bed.
This bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the pool area through the pool bath.

The 3rd bedroom is also above average in size with an en-suite bath and is furnished with two twin beds. |

The library is stocked with plenty of books and reading material in German, English and Spanish. This room can also serve as a 4th bedroom.

You can enjoy this beautiful view every day from the lanai and pool area.
How about relaxing in the heated whirlpool after a day of sightseeing?
The 25’ x 16’ pool is perfect for a refreshing swim on hot days.

The pool’s water quality is regularly checked by the pool service.
The entire pool and patio area is enclosed by a screened cage which makes it possible to enjoy the evening hours on the patio without being bothered by bugs or mosquitoes.

Since wind, water and light can penetrate the cage you can enjoy the amenities of outside living in a protected environment.
From our own boot dock you can get to the Caloosahatchee River in less than 30 minutes and from there it is just a short ride to the Gulf of Mexico. |
